The holidays are past and the calendar has once again rolled over. Another year has ended and a new one has begun. 2013 promises to be a great year, although I anticipate some challenges as well. This is the year I become a full-time photographer. Definitely some financial challenges ahead. But, this is also the year I follow my bliss, start doing what I was meant to do, for real, without the safety net of a full-time job to catch me when I fall. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little scared. Though it’s also very exciting to consider the possibilities! Life doesn’t go in a straight line from point A to point B. It’s full of twists and turns and detours. In honor of the new year, I decided to go back through the photos I’ve taken in 2012 and revisit some of the sights I saw along the way. In the process, I found a few gems I had overlooked.
